Shift Schedule Gantt View
With the introduction of the Shift Gantt Feature, Planners and Schedulers now have the ability to review and reschedule Tasks arranged in a Gantt chart style view. The Gantt chart view allows for more effective planning by enabling Users to plan Tasks down to the minute, and highlighting any issues pertaining to resource balancing.
Working with Users Batch
HR Users can now update people resources in bulk on the Manage User screen. Depending on the HR User's acess polices, the following User fields can be updated in bulk: Work Schedule Rule, Crew, Process, Department, Occupation, Tag, Roles and Active and Show on Roster states.
Working with Tasks in Batch
Planners and Schedulers now have the ability to work with all Tasks (Standard, Scheduled & Planned) in batch. The following tasks fields can be updated in bulk:
Planned & Standard Tasks: Copy To, Duplicate, Assign to new group, Recurrence, Task Type, Important.
Scheduled: Delete, Important, Assign to new group, Task Type, Move To, Duplicate.
Shift Plan KPIs overhaulWe have overhaul Shift Plan KPIs, they are no longer stored in the Shift Plan data collection and are now stored in a separate data collection model. The overhaul allows KPIs to be included in upcoming features, such as the Offline Native App.
Reporting ServerTo allow Users to define a time period for a specific report to cover a Window field has been added to the Reporting Rule scope.
Task Selection ModelAs prerequisite to working with Tasks in bulk, we updated the Task selection model to allow Users to multi-select Tasks on the Planning Board and Schedule screens.
Save Changes? message was appearing incorrectly when no changes has been made to Scheduled Tasks.
Now correctly appears, only when changes have been made to Tasks.
Was, with slow network connections, refocusing the cursor in the Shift notes section of the Edit Shift Plan screen, when Users where entering notes.
Now always retains cursor position and no longer refocuses the curosr when Users are entering notes on the Edit Shift Plan screen.
Was incorrectly displaying Enter Notes prompts for Shift Notes and Safety Notes on the Actuals screen, when no Shift Notes and Safety Notes had been entered for the Shift.
Now no longer displays Enter Notes prompts for Shift Notes and Safety Notes on the Actuals screen.
Was not showing End of Shift notes on Shift Plan reports, unless the Shift Plan also has Shift Notes and/or Safety Notes.
Now shows End of Shift notes on Shift Plan reports, regardless if the Shift Plan also has Shift Notes and/or Safety Notes.
Was returning a false error when importing Schedule Tasks.
Now no longer returns a false error when importing Schedule Tasks.
Was not displaying Checklist question short text answers on a separate row in the Daily Actuals report.
Now displays Checklist question short text answers on a separate row in the Daily Actuals report.
Was not showing imported Schedule Tasks on Weeks 3,4 &5.
Now shows Tasks on Weeks 3,4 & 5.
Was not saving a PDF document with no pages.
Now can save a PDF document with no pages.
Was returning a Connection Lost message frequently on the Schedule screens due to SignalR querying a significant number of channels after a short connection lost, resulting in its failure to reconnect.
Now has reduced the number of channels used on the Schedule screens and allowing SignalR to reconnect after short periods of connection lost.
Was not scrolling on the Task Actuals screen.
Now scrolls on the Task Actuals screen.
Was returning Uncaught TypeError: Cannot Read Property of "get" null at canChange when selecting the Complete button, the Task Actuals screen.
Now no longer returns an error when selecting the Complete button on the Task Actuals screen
Was not generating automated reports in a readable format if the reports window value included more than one period of data.
Now generates the automated reports in a readable format, regardless of the reports window value.
