New Features

  • MZONE Task Compliance Policy

A new Task Compliance Policy “MZONE” has been added.
    • If a task has been assigned at least one "MZONE" ad hoc location, it is non compliant and a compliance breach is added.
    • Compliance breach is resolved when "MZONE" has been removed.
  • SharePoint Related Attachments

The SharePoint integration now supports related documents/attachments.
    • Attachments now include a collection of Related Attachments.

  • Video Streaming Service

A video streaming service has been created to allow playback of videos from within the Fewzion UI (e.g. Training videos). If the user’s browser supports range downloading (progressive downloading), the video content will be only be downloaded as required, allowing the user to jump to different sections of the video without requiring a full download.

Improvements

  • BI Point Upgrade

BI Point has been upgraded to include data for Shift Plan People, Shift Plan Equipment and Locations.
    • Tables fewzion_Locations_v1, fewzion_ShiftPlanPeople_v1 and fewzion_ShiftPlanEquipment_v1 have been added to the BI Point database.
  • Scriptable Compliance Breach Conditions

The Compliance system has been refactored to be fully configurable and to allow for custom compliance breach conditions(using JavaScript expressions).
    • As the breach conditions are now scriptable, all the hardcoded conditions have now been removed from the Server code, allowing for easier maintenance and avoids the need to redeploy Fewzion for Compliance Policy changes.

Fixes

  • Was failing to save changes in some parts of the system (e.g. Manage Users, Manage Processes) due to an issue with our Build Server (TeamCity).
Now saves changes throughout the system after fixing the Build Server issue, the code has also been updated to prevent this issue from reoccurring.

  • Was returning the error "The IfMatch header is required for PUT operations" when attempting to add or edit recurrences.
Now the "IfMatch" is optional for this scenario and this error will no longer occur.

  • Was failing to hide or show recurring tasks on the weeks 3, 4 and 5 screen and failing to reschedule modified recurrences due to the orphaning of some recurring tasks (recurring task no longer linked to a standard task recurrence).
Now all recurring tasks can be rescheduled or made visible on the weeks 3, 4 and 5 screen, after a migration script was ran to fix these orphaned recurring tasks.

  • Was producing orphaned recurring tasks when a migration script (to fix duplicate ids) was ran.
Now this migration script will no longer produce orphaned recurring tasks.

  • Was failing to show Task icons in the Touch UI Actuals screen due to a javascript issue only affecting production builds.
Now Task icons will be shown in the Touch UI Actuals screen.

  • Was returning a "Unsupported Media Type" exception in some cases when updating Tasks.
Now will no longer return a "Unsupported Media Type" exception.

  • Was failing to export processes in BI Point when the process name was over 50 characters in length.
Now allows process names up to 100 characters.

  • Was failing to add leave in Internet Explorer. Drag and drop was not highlighting the leave period and not opening the add leave window. When clicking the "add leave" button, the available manning section was not displaying.
Now adding leave via drag and drop or "add leave" button will work in IE.

  • Was failing to remove leave in Fewzion that had previously been deleted in SAP.
    Now handles deleted leave correctly.

  • Was not returning any values in the availability section of the add/edit leave window due to bugs in the calculate availability code.
Now the calculations are returning values as expected.

  • Was returning an error "Unable to get property 'offsetWidth' of undefined or null reference" in IE when attempting to drag and drop a task.
Now the error is no longer returned when dragging and dropping tasks.

  • Was failing to add checklist questions to Shift Plans when updating the Process checklist questions (specifically for checklist questions that contain no possible answers).
Now successfully adds checklist questions to Shift Plans.
