New Features

  • Task Tags

    Fewzion now has the ability auto assign Tags to Tasks, base on a set of conditions.
    • A Tags document collection has been added to Fewzion's database allowing Sites to configure and specify multiple Tags.
    • A Tag field has been also added to the Task's Edit screen, allowing Tags to be entered ad hoc.
  • Work Schedule Rule Smart Import

    Fewzion now has the ability to import Work Schedule Rules using the Smart Import feature.
  • Task Notes Templates

    Fewzion now has the ability to add Note Templates to Tasks via the Edit Notes screen. Note templates can also be configured to be enabled only for particular Note Types and/or Processes.
  • Short Interval Control

    Fewzion now has the ability to enter Actuals against Task Targets, at specified intervals during the shift. The feature allows Crew Leaders, during their shift, to determine if they are on track to meet the Shift's Targets and if they are not on track, the option to put into place corrective measures.
    • A Short Interval Document collection has been added to Fewzion's database allowing Sites to create and specify multiple Short Interval frequencies, which then can be assigned as the default frequency for particular Task Types.
    • A Short Interval control required flag has been added to the Standard and Scheduled Tasks content menus.
    • A Short Interval control tick-box and frequency drop down list has been added to the Edit Tasks screens.
    • If a Task has Short Interval control enabled the Task's Target value will be divided into intervals on the Task Actuals screen, for Actuals to be entered against.

Improvements

  • Task Actuals Screen

    The Task Actuals screen format has been updated, enabling the following features:
    • The use of touch gestures.
    • The ability to enter Actuals against Tasks' Targets and the development of Short Interval Control.
    • The ability to sync Task Actual data with Fewzion's Offline App and therefore enter Tasks' Actuals offline.
  • Task Attachments

    The following improvements have been made to Task Attachments.
    • Users can now access and download Task attachments by clicking on a Task's paperclip icon, visible on the Planning board, Scheduled and Task Actuals screens.
    • A loading mask has also been added to clearly indicate when a task attachment is loading when attached using the Upload button.
  • Task Notes

    The following improvements have been made to Task Notes.
    • Two new Note types have been added, Shift Notes and End of Shift Notes. Both Note types are configurable at site level.
    • The original Task Notes have been renamed to Instructions.
    • A Notes button has been added to the Edit Task screen, clicking on the button will open the Edit Notes screen.
    • A pencil icon has been added to the Task description to indicate if a Task has notes. Clicking on the icon will also open the Edit Notes screen.
    • Fewzion has also added a new plus icon to Tasks, which becomes visible when hovering a mouse over a task, clicking on the plus icon allows a User to quickly add notes to a Task without having to open the Edit Task screen first.
    • All notes are now available on the Actual screen, all Note types except Instructions are editable on the Task Actuals screen.
  • KPIs

    Active option has been added to the KPIs settings, if a KPI is flagged as inactive it will
    • No longer be visible on the "Default KPIs" list in manage Processes.
    • No longer be visible on the shift plan UI, if not already present.
  • Checklist Questions

    The following display options have been added to Checklist Questions on Shiftly Reports
    • Sites can now select to show checklist questions in full on the Shiftly reports, oppose to only showing the short code.
    • Sites can also select to only show important checklist questions, those which do not meet their target or have notes entered.
  • Scheduled Tasks

    The following improvements have been made to Scheduled Tasks
    • The ability to edit a Task description, by clicking on a Task's description on the Planning board and Schedule screens.
    • A "Duplicate" function was added to the Task's content menu, a User can also duplicate a scheduled task by holding Control and dragging and dropping the scheduled task into another Shift Plan.
    • Holding Control, double clicking on a Task will open the Edit Task window.
    • An "Edit Standard Task" function was added to the Task's content menu, a User can also open an Edit Standard Task window via a Scheduled Task, by holding Shift, Control and double clicking on a Scheduled Task.
  • Standard Tasks

    The following improvements have been made to Standard Tasks
    • A "Recurrences" button was added to the Edit Standard Task screen.
    • An "Other" button was also added, allowing users to access the Duplicate, Copy to and Delete functions from the Edit Standard Task Screen.
    • Counts have been added to the Attachment and Recurrences buttons.
  • Shift Plan Resource Tables

    Enabled wrapping for the equipment and people resource tables on the Planning Board and Schedule screens.
  • Shift Scheduled Report

    The printed Shift Scheduled Report now includes Task Notes.
  • Task Recurrences

    The Standard Tasks' Shift Notes and End of Shift Notes fields, have been added to the recurrence engine and now populate to recurring scheduled tasks.
  • Email Service

    Fewzion's email service has been updated from SendGrid to Mailgun.

Fixes

  • Was producing a Task Cancellation exception when exiting a video that is still loading
    Now no longer produces Task Cancellation exception when exiting a video that is still loading.

  • Was still retaining Equipment unavailable "OOS" & "N/A" hard codes, after codes were made configurable.
    Now has removed Equipment unavailable "OOS" & "N/A" hard codes.

  • Was ignoring the "Keep" function when confirming recurring scheduled tasks, when editing or deleting recurrences.
    Now acknowledges the "Keep" function and keeps any selected Tasks.

  • Was displaying the incorrect meta data in the action summary section of the confirm scheduled task screen, when editing or deleting recurrences.
    Now correctly summarizes selected actions on the confirm scheduled tasks screen.

  • Was displaying the obsolete Alert, "The task has changed" when a Task was edited.
    Now has removed the obsolete Alert, "The task has changed".

  • Was causing a text overflow in the tasks lists when the value in the target/unit field was too long.
    Now wraps the target/unit text to prevent an overflow.

  • Was treating the Unit and Target as one text.
    Now treats the Unit and Target as separate entities.

  • Was always displaying black text in the equipment roster shift columns, which was difficult to read against a dark background.
    Now displays white text against dark backgrounds.

  • Was not re-calculating Task counting KPIs when scheduling a new task.

  • Was causing a text overflow in the tasks lists when the value in the target/unit field was too long.
    Now wraps the target/unit text to prevent an overflow.

  • Was returning a 'intMouseEvent' JavaScript error on the Actuals screen.
    Now no longer returns a intMouseEvent' JavaScript error on the Actuals screen.

  • Was causing Daily KPIs Meeting Report heading columns to be out of line when target lengths varied signifcantly.
    Now Daily KPIs Meeting Report heading columns have fixed lengths and are now in line.

  • Was returning a null reference javascript error when accessing the Actuals screen on IE11 due to Ext.event.publisher.TouchGesture override.
    Now no longer returns a null reference JavaScript error when accessing the Actuals screen on IE11.

  • Was allowing Shadow Tasks to be assigned to their destination process, through the "Copy To" feature.
    Now when copying if a Shadows task's destination process is also the assigned to process, the assign to process is removed.

  • Was not always keeping together the last Task on the first page of the Shiftly Reports when the reported Tasks spilled onto a second page.
    Now always keeps together the Tasks in the Shiftly Report.

  • Was displaying a "Discard All" button when deleting recurring tasks.
    Now displays a "Delete All" button instead.

Patches

  • 13.6.1 (Build Number 6275)
    Was not saving Instructions in edit notes screen, when Instructions had not first been added through the Edit Task screen.
    Now always saves Instructions in edit notes screen.
